Vincent is consider a flying rat for him being a pigeon. He cannot fly yet so he walks and everyone always gives him a dirty look. He is always shoo off at a place and all he wanted is to eat there. 

He will no longer stand for it and joined the revolutionists! He is still young and inexperience but will fight if necessary.
